Dear Sir, Madam,
My eBay has been restricted or suspended.
eBay ask me via his platform to contact me. The only way to contact them is via telephon.
I am living in France and they are offering a phone call from USA or Canada. Therefore i am not able to contact them. Is there any email address so i can contact them and understand the problem of my eBay account restriction.
It might be possible that i am not allowed as i am not living in America.... However i would like to understand it.
Please kindly inform me about a contact email address from eBay.
