Reactivate my eBay account

Question

My first eBay account got suspeneded and when i made a second acount and tried to list an item is says my account has been temperairly restricted. When i go to fix the problem it takes me to their ai assistant and that AI assistint says that an email has been sent to me for further steps to take off the restriction. But im not getting an email. What do i do?

@camnunery Once an eBay account is suspended you can NOT open another one or it is suspended too. Don't let anyone else access eBay using your ISP or they may be suspended too because eBay doesn't know whose fingers are using the keys. ISP is just one way eBay keeps track of accounts.

Unless eBay gave you a time frame on the suspension it means forever.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
