Reaching Somebody Live

Question

I am beyond frustrated. I need to speak with somebody live. I have tried the option to have somebody call me back. I never receive a call, but I get an email saying they called. Is there any other way to reach somebody from eBay? This is not great business.

@tazfvr Sorry for the delay in responding, life has been busy. The call backs are sometimes blocked by cellphone spam filters. Call backs also do not work with VOIP.

I recommend asking your question here first. We can help with most buying and selling question and save you the frustrations of dealing the bots. We are experienced buyers and sellers that know eBay policies and procedures.

Since call backs are not working you can try social media.
