Reaching a human being at EBay

Question

Does anyone know phone number to reach a real live human being at EBay?? When I call the number that the website provides. I merely get Options that ultimately result in automated system hanging up on me as though my issue has been resolved by referring me back to their web site. My issue is failure for a company called DLoad to refund money to me on a gift card which I never ordered and which I have never used. EBay refers me to th eseller and the seller refers me to EBay

@dredscot Never use a phone number you find on google to try and contact a company. Always start from a sites help and contact page. I know it can be hard to get past the chat bot to request a call back.

I can advise you on the steps to take to get a refund if you answer a few questions.

#1 What was the last estimated delivery date stated on the purchase history?

#2 Was the card sent to you via a message OR did the seller MAIL a physical card?

#3 Does the purchase show on your purchase history here> https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

#4 If it's not in your purchase history then it might have been a guest account purchase which has a different steps to file a refund request. I won't give those until I hear back from you.
