Unfortunately at this point the seller would have to cancel the listing and relist at the agreed price. eBay only allows a specific number of offers and counter offers to be made on a specific listing. There is no way to change the number allowed. Please be aware that any user can purchase the item once relisted so ask the seller to send you the listing number so you can purchase before the listing is indexed and goes live.
