Reach a Buyer
I sold a set of hearing aids. All went well until today when I received an email regarding changes that are coming for the hearing aids and how to maneuver through the transition. Since Apple doesn't know the hearing aids belong to someone else right now the buyer won't get this news update. Is there a way I can find him and send him the news letter I received?

Mentor1 week agoHow long ago did you sell these hearing aids? If within the past 90 days, go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped
Make sure the date range is the Past 90 days, and look for the transaction, Click the 3 dots, click CONTACT BUYER and copy/paste the information you received.

OP1 week agoThank you. I followed your instructions. Found the item. I'm on the page that offers: Review Your Sales, Buyer Insights, Sales By Category, Selling Costs, Listing Insights. I saw the item. I saw the listing. I can't find the 3 dots (I do know what those are) and Contact Buyer.
