Re-shipping a returned order
A buyer purchased an item from me, but it was returned undelivered due to the buyer providing an invalid address. How do I invoice the buyer for shipping so I can ship this item to them? I have been in communication with them, and they would be providing me with an updated address.

Cancel the transaction due to "problem with buyer's address" and relist the item so the buyer can re-purchase the item using the correct shipping address.
