Has anyone ordered from the so-called company Bateryconnection and did not receive the product and then sent a message saying they delivered it? They made a UPS tracking tag and never shipped it!!!! Warning, they are a Bogus company!!! Also, Ebay didn't do anything. I had to go to my bank for a resolve!
This is why I don't usually use Ebay and this is why they will NEVER get my business again!!! Normally, I don't post negativity on platforms, but I felt that all parties need to be called out for their criminal and sloppy business practices!!!

eBay has a money back guarantee for items that are not received. File an "item not received" case within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase. The seller will have three business days to refund you or provide tracking that shows delivery. If the seller does not cooperate at that point, you have up to twenty-one business days to ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
