RE: Return Request
Dear ebay Support Team,
I'm requesting that you step in to resolve an issue regarding order number 21-14050-04583. I received the wrong printer cartridge and I contacted the seller 6 days ago via the messaging system requesting a prepaid return label and a refund of $69.00. The seller has completely ignored my message. I would like to return the item at the seller 's expense and receive a full refund.

Mentor8 months agoHi. I'm sorry you are having a tough time. This board is a community board. It is not customer service. To do what you're requesting you need to contact eBay customer service.
You can request a call back by finding the words "Help & Contact" in small print at the top of any page. Click it and request a call back.

Another good option is to go to eBay’s page on Facebook and click “Message.†It is not live, but it is staffed by U.S.-based customer service representatives who typically respond within 48 hours. Link to eBay's Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/ebay

First, this is not eBay, we are volunteer Buyers and Sellers supporting other using eBay. You do not need to be in contact with eBay at this point. Your purchase is not as described, "Does not match pictures or description".
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
