RE-PHRASE my ? about NO shipping discount one 1 item only
I have sold about 6 items last month 3 had a shipping charges other 3 Free Ship On all 6 ebay offered discounted shipping labels for all vendors, USPS included I just sold 2 items Saturday that I have NOT shipped. One I can purchase the normal discounted shipping labels. The other 1 only offers a discount on FEDEX and UPS NO discount with USPS I says &%$&()@ same price as on USPS for a 4oz package. Either a glitch or this person lives in such a weird part of Maryland that they do not offer discounts????????????????
BTW the other items offers a discount USPS and had a shipping charge just like weird one
