Re Open a return request.
Help;
I accidently closed a return request, because I had not recieved the item yet as it was not showing up in shipping (Can't return what I didn't have!) ... It arrived today, and it is for a iphone 16, but I have a 15, so I still need to request return for refund... but Ebay is stuck in Return is closed, and will not let me re open it. I can't figure out how to get a hold of a human at Ebay, and the automated system just spins you into a loop ending with it seems I can now not return an item. HOW do I ReOpen my return, or get ahold of a human working at Ebay who can push magic buttons? THANKS!
