re-open a help ticket for refund
I accidentally closed a ticket for a refund for an item that didn't arrive and the seller closed his account, can I re-open it or how do I get my money back? it's covered under the eBay money-back guarantee

·3 years agoSorry, if you closed the case, you can't reopen it or open a new one.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
