If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
I post here to help people, not to lie to them. Please see the link on every item listing about eBay's Money Back Guarantee. It works for other buyers who follow this process and would have worked for you too if you had taken advantage of it.
This is what I meant. Since ebay no longer has a phone number and many people post stuff for sale as no return accepted I saw somewhere and I can't remember where that ebay says you get your money back if the seller's item is falsely advertised as in working condition if its not. This false information guided my buying decisions for a long time because I purchased many items needing repair, not advertised as parts only, and no return accepted, but I never complained. Now I know that most items advertised as no return accepted are outright fraud which ebay will not protect you from which is the reason why it is increasing.
When a seller's return policy is "no returns," that means you cannot return the item for buyer's remorse (i.e. I changed my mind, it doesn't fit, etc.). eBay's Money Back Guarantee trumps the seller's return policy if the item is not as described.
eBay hasn't had a phone number since COVID began as customer service reps started working remotely at that time. You can always as for a call back, but it's not necessary in this case. The Money Back Guarantee policy link is on the listing. You open a case using the option in your Purchase History next to your order - you don't open a case by phone. I explained the process in my first response to you.

Even if there was a phone #, you don't need it.

OP2 years agoI already smashed it all up and now i have to find a plce to dump it. it says no returns accepted sp ypu are a liar.

Mentor2 years agoThe seller's stated "no returns" policy only applies to "remorse" returns, not "not as described" returns.
Had you not smashed the item, you could have returned it for a refund. But now it is all yours.

Mentor2 years agoYour understanding of eBay's money back guarantee is wrong.

It is not necessary to call eBay to get your money back. Just refrain from smashing anything and then follow the simple directions.
