Re issuing a return label

A buyer is returning a product. I have refunded the buyer and sent them a return label. They can't find the return label. It was not attached. How do I re-issue a return label?

Once a Buyer has been refunded, eBay considers the case closed. They will no longer have access to the return label and are not required to return the item. If you are in communications with the Buyer and they are still willing to return the item, you can purchase a discounted label to send them on PayPal or Pirateship. If they did not use the original return label that eBay sent for you, you will not be charged for it.

Have your buyer go to their purchase history and select the item. Then View return details and print the label. Return shipping for buyers | eBay
