RE: HERMES 28 KELLY VINTAGE BAG $8227.24
I BOUGHT THIS ITEM ONE MONTH AGO BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM SO CONTACTED AN AGENT 2 WEEKS AGO BUT STILL NO ANSWER, NO SOLUTION, NO ONE TO ASK FOR THE REFUND.
THIS IS THE WORST EBAY EXPERIENCE FOR OVER 20 YEARS.

If there is no tracking or if tracking does not show delivery by the last estimated delivery date, the buyer can file an "item not received" case the next day. If the seller cannot provide tracking showing delivery within three business days, typically the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund, though if there is tracking that is showing progress in the buyer's direction, eBay may give the seller some additional time before refunding the buyer.

OP4 months agoAn eBay agent stepped in and promised for the full refund by 5/13 but no progress no follow up no answers for my many many emails
