RE: Help with a faulty product which had 10 years warranty and high rated seller is not replying.
I purchased Ryobi 36V 40V 8.0Ah Replacement battery as below

The seller had so high rating and the product mentioned about 10 years warranty.
I used it twice for my ryobi lawn mower and it does not work anymore when I tested recently and I am unfortunately just out of the returning window of 60 days.
I contacted the seller who assured me and does not reply at all to my multiple messages for the past few weeks. The seller only replied once saying send a photo of the battery charger and does not reply at all.
I cannot seem to get a refund as ebay shows that return window is closed and only contact seller button is present.
Has anyone experienced this? How did you guys resolve this matter?

Warranties are issued by the manufacturer - have you contacted them?
Ebay sellers cannot help with warranties unless they are an authorized seller for the company that manufactures the item.
By the way, this is the Ebay U.S. site. In the future, you need to use the Ebay Australia site to seek assistance.
