I mailed out two Packages to two different people. One received their package right away and this person still says pre-shipment. The buyer wants his money back, which is fine because we don’t get paid until it gets delivered so I don’t have it anyway eBay does. My question is if he gets a refund and then the sneakers show up to his house what happens? Also the buyer is telling eBay that I never contacted him when he contacted me every day and I missed two days but other than that, I responded to 95% of his questions. I even contacted an old supervisor to help me with this. So again my question is he’ll get his money back and what if the sneakers finally show up to his house does he keep both the money and the sneakers?

Mentor8 months agoIf you refund the buyer, they will not be required to repay you for the sneakers nor required to return them.
You could try to request they repay you, through Paypal, etc. but as stated, they are not required to do so.
Do not refund unless the buyer files an official Refund Request through Ebay.
