Rb53714 seller
This seller RB53714 countered back and forth with me with an item, and after he excepted my counter offer and I immediately paid him, he canceled my order the following day saying it was out of stock, completely unprofessional, I have sold items for 1 cents and lost $ on items and still honored the selling. Do theses people get held accountable, because I missed out on other items that were currently being bid i could have won. Im sick and tired of people not be held accountable for anything. Something should be done

A Seller who cancels using the Out of Stock reason gets a strike on their account and if they get enough of those their Seller level will drop and if it drops far enough they will have trouble listing more items. Accounts can also be suspended for too much abuse of the cancellation function.
