It appears my reviews are not public. If I attempt to change it via the radio button I see a message that my reviews cannot be changed because I have active listings. seems odd to me Is there a way to tell if my reviews are public

Your feedback is currently public.
Sellers cannot have private feedback.
Some of your feedback for past listings are not shown because they were for private listings, though.
