RATING JUST DROPPED FOR NO REASON
How could have my rating drop from 98 to 96 something can’t neg feedback be removed after certain time . Why can’t I get customer service on the phone it’s horrible

Your feedback percentage is based on the past 12 months. If you have positive feedback come off before the negative it will lower your percentage.
If you check the information icon (I in a circle) you will see this:
