OP3 years agoYes, i did open yesterday. Now they are giving the seller 4 days to solve the case, which is nonsense since he is scam no responding with any listening products. Then they will step in for a refund. It's so disappointing it's taking me 24 days to receive my money, from ordering the order. This policy is insane.

Mentor3 years ago@tmav_venha once u don't receive an item on the last estimated delivery date that is on the order details page, buyers can open an item not rec'd case the following day.
sorry u had a bad experience, but at least u were able to leave the appropriate feedback for the seller.

OP3 years agoI already rated with 0 this so called seller, but what irritats me is ebay policy to give these sellers (scams) 4 days to solve the case.
It's nonsense, they don't even communicate of course they will not replay. So disappointing, will definitely close my account.
