Rate item now on feedback
Ebay needs to make "Rate the Item" voluntary in the "Feedback". I buy plastic scale models that require assembly and I can't give an honest rating of the item till I assemble it and that may be years from now. Tried to send E-Bay a massage directly but under the "Contact Us" there is no "Other" category for things that don't fit into one of their neat little selections.
