Random Charges to my bank account
This has happened twice in the last week and has never happened before. One charge was for $12.24 and the other charge was for $15.05. There is not reason in the message I get stating why I am being charge these two fees. When I sell sports cards fee are automatically taken out that is why I am confused. Looking to see if anyone has had this and understands why this is happening. Any insight here would be appreciated. Thanks and have a great day!

Go to this page in eBay's Seller Hub and look on the right side of the page at the Recent activity file. All transactions are recorded there for you to review: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
If Buyers of your cards that ship ESE (eBay Standard Envelope) are filing claims that they did not receive their items and you are not refunding them through the claim then eBay will force the refund at the end of the claim period and take the money from your account. You will also get strikes for not resolve transaction issues. eBay standard envelope | eBay
When you refund through the claim when shipping with ESE then you file a claim with eBay to get reimbursed.
