Random charge
A random charge was posted to my checking account from eBay. I have zero activity on my eBay account. How do I contact eBay to find out how to resolve this issue? The AI system is not helpful, surprise, surprise.

Do you have more than one eBay account? Any guest purchases?
If not, contact your bank for more details of the transaction or to dispute it and get a new card number issued, assuming the purchase was made via a credit or debit card.
