Railroad Job to force use SECURE PURCHASE
For 25 years, I've been on eBay and actively selling all types of automotive products. Early on, eBay developed PayPal which I joined and adapted to my purchasing. Years later. They sold it off as its own entity. And now here is ebays new option... secure purchase. When I list an item or vehicle, secure purchase check out is unavoidable Eleven though I don't have an account using it. The minimum deposit amount is $100. EBay accepts this payment on my behalf even though I have no account to collected or see it. EBay doesn't seem to care, but they collect it anyway. To join secure purchase ebay wants social security information, bank routing numbers, tax ID numbers, etc... I pay sometimes $80-100 for a single listing. I maintain 100% feedback on ebay.... And i've had conversations directly with ebaymotors. They agreed they've had lots of complaints about secure purchase and the inability to disable it. EBay motors also said there's no way to disable it. But simply told me to state i don't accept it in ad... this is such a HACK for a huge company to only offer that as a solution. Suck it up if you are product sucks and nobody wants it, don't force it... there are lots of places to sell stuff that are cheaper and more effective. Ebay ain't a fresh story anymore.
