the radio works but the c/d player not at all I send e-mail no answer back from seller how came you make this wright again no answer I was under impression that the unit was in good working order at time off sale not so I need help with this matter a refund would be great for the cost of the unit he did not disclose if the unit had issues of it fully working our parts only time of sale

Here's what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
