Radio silence from the seller

Question

I just bought a car on ebay and would like to come and give it a once over before I send the money. The seller is not responding to be and it's bee 2 days since the auction has closed. I've asked many times to coordinate a time for local pick up and nothing. How should I proceed? Any advice?
