Radiator failed less in less than 12 months. Can't contact the seller.
I purchased a radiator that is leaking from where the plastic connects to the side of the core. I have had it on my vehicle for about 10 - 11 months now (less than a year). I have tried to message the seller and ask how to handle and if they would warranty the item. However, when I go to message them, it tells me that this seller has chosen not to receive communication from customers (what?). Not sure how to proceed or if I can do anything. Thank you, William Evans / Order number: 16-12583-09772 / Seller: AutoShack (1002392)

Mentor8 months agoDid you request a copy of the warranty when you purchased the item? You should refer to that written warranty to pursue your claim.
eBay policy says that the seller has to provide this if you ask. Did you get this when you purchased?
