Mentor3 weeks agoHi @primesportscards I don't think eBay has the means to practice any kind of discrimination even if it wanted to. eBay is just one huge computer program. It is equally frustrating to everyone.
If you're dealing in trading cards, there's no reason to try to send them by Media Mail, if you are. eBay Standard Envelope is specifically designed for trading cards, is inexpensive, and provides tracking. There are a few minor requirements, such as the envelope must be flexible enough to go through the sorting machines, but they're pretty easy to follow. See the eBay Help page linked below. Good luck!

eBay does not practice racial discrimination.
You'd have to provide a lot of very solid evidence to prove your claim.
But here's something I do know:
Trading cards do not meet the USPS Media Mail requirement of "educational content."
Thus, trading cards are not legally eligible to be mailed at Media Mail rates.

It hasn't been established that they are. First, demonstrate adequately that the circumstance even exists, and then we can discuss motives.

WE would need more specific info from you regarding how or why you feel there has been discrimination. There is a lot of privacy in ebay transactions, so unless some info is provided by you, no buyer or seller has any idea of your race. If this concerns being blocked from buying something, there could be several reasons for that, that have nothing to do with race.
