R return on an item that looks different than the one that you sent
So I sent out a putter to somebody that wasn't happy with with it and they're saying that an item was missing that I obviously have pictures of when I sent it out that that item wasn't missing and I think that they're trying to take it off and use it for one of their putters and then ask me for a return on mine
