Seller lies about items was rude and threatening me

Sold ma item lied about the size said it was a 1/24 scale truck ,it was a 1/32 scale
Told me he would not refund me and as he wanted me to pay for shipping
Then told me to kick rocks and kiss off total **bleep** I accidently gave him positive feedback and want to fix it and give him negative feed back to this matter totally wrong on his part I got ripped off overpaid for a 10dollar item he charged me over 30 bucks

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
You cannot change the positive feedback you left, but you can go to your feedback page, scroll all the way to the bottom and click the link to leave follow-up feedback.
