Quit receiving coupons

Question

I’ve been a member of eBay for over 25 years and have always enjoyed the buying and selling experience. Recently, however, I’ve been receiving coupons from random sellers for items that don’t interest me. I would appreciate the ability to opt out of these promotions entirely, rather than having to consider closing my account.

I’ve also tried to find a way to contact a live representative at eBay instead of going through the automated system, but haven’t had any success. I understand and appreciate technology, but when it becomes difficult to get a simple question answered, it starts to feel less user-friendly.
