I don’t know if this still is the case … but sellers once had to opt into adding the Q&A to listing at the time they answered the buyer’s question.
[If the seller didn’t opt in at the time … it was too late to do after they replied to the buyer’s question.]

It's been years since I noticed a Q&A in a listing. I wasn’t sure if it was still a thing.
