Questions to contact the seller
I purchased an electric piano and it arrived today. It seems that the power supply that was with it is not the correct one and the piano does not seem to function correctly with the current power supply. To be more specific, the replacement power supply can be purchased and is listed as being 120 volt input, 12 volt output and provides 24 watts of power. The power supply sent with the piano is 120 volts input, 12 volts output and provides 5.5 watts. So it is being starved for power.
I have tried to use the "contact the Seller" option but it never seems to take me to the drop down page where I can type a message to the seller. I would rather talk to the seller first before returning the item for a refund.
Can anyone talk me thru how I can send a message to the seller?
Thanks for any help provided.
PS I am 76 years old ad not the best at computer knowledge. Please break the process down to the very basic steps.

eBay can not make the seller send the correct power supply but they can make the seller issue a return shipping label and refund you 100%. Hopefully the seller will at least offer a partial refund so you can purchase the power supply, if that's an option.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
