Questions about create shipping discounts/coupons? Any help would be appreciated.
I'm relatively new to selling on eBay and recently subscribed to access some marketing features. Specifically, I wanted to create a shipping discount or coupon for my buyers. Since some items are expensive to ship, I don't think customers should bear the entire cost, and I also feel I shouldn’t have to cover it all. Therefore, I aimed to set up a 50% off shipping discount, which is how I discovered the marketing subscription through eBay. From my limited research, it appeared possible to create a percentage-off shipping discount using this feature. However, I might just be inexperienced, and I’m probably not doing something right—hopefully! Alternatively, it seems the only shipping discounts I can offer are free shipping or a flat rate, which are standard options when creating a listing, and I can revise and change those at any time. So could anyone tell me how I can do this within the marketing tab, or another way to do this?
