Questionable Listing prices
Why are listings now heavily polluted with an item in an array of colors all the same price say hats for 5.66 but the tease is 1.99 price. The 1.99 is not some odd color hat/size but a different object such as a "thank you" sticker for 1.99 which has nothing to do with the listing item searched/sought. This is damaging Ebay's brand? Use to see this occasionally now more common than not.

Mentor2 weeks agoThere are ways to avoid such listings when searching, if you are interested.
Unscrupulous sellers use such techniques because they think it is effective for getting their listings to the top of "lowest first" sorts, because eBay does little or nothing to discourage it even when it is reported, and because a certain number of buyers buy from such sellers rather than choosing sellers that avoid such tactics.
