Questionable customer claim
Hello I have a customer who received the product on Thursday and about midnight last night claimed they just got the package and that two of the items were broken they cleaned the box was not damaged and when they sent me a picture you could see all my packing on the inside with the bubble wrap is well and then they wanted me to send them new plates which I immediately was gathering and at that point then they said oh ship it to this address and then they turned around and asked for a full refund so there's a four-day delay in them getting the package and claiming that it was broken how should I proceed
