Question regarding the "Awaiting shipment" page from seller trying to issue refund.
I am processing a return. I purchased an eBay label to send to the buyer, and the screen shows "Awaiting Shipment" with the tracking number. I prefer to receive the return before issuing a refund. In order to get out of the screen, it appears I need to check the offer refund box under the tracking number. The choices are "Send a full refund" or "Send a partial refund." If I check "Send a full refund," it says Send a full refund to close this request." I don't want to close it until the item is returned. How do I move from this screen?
