Question regarding refund
If a seller sends you an auto part that isn’t exactly what was pictured can you get your money back. He sent me a similar part that won’t work for sure and is a totally different part number for a different year car. Of course I want a refund because it’s not what I ordered. Any help greatly appreciated

Yes you can get a refund, if it has been less than 30 days since the item was delivered. To do that go to your purchase history find the listing and click on the More Actions button. You should see a Return item button click on it and from the list select either Didn't match description or Received wrong item. Do Not select didn't fit! then follow through to file the dispute which will show on your Purchase History.
The seller will have 3 days to reply by either sending you a return shipping label or issuing a full refund, if they do not want to pay the return shipping cost. If they do not respond, make excuses, ask you to close the dispute. On day 4 open the dispute and click on the Ask eBay to step in button. A full refund will be issued from the seller's account and you do not have to return the item.
