Question Regarding Excluded Shipping Locations
Hello, I have a question regarding excluded shipping locations. If I have the entire category of Europe, for example, ticked, but have United Kingdom under Europe unticked (with every other country ticked in this category) will my listings appear in the UK? Thank you very much.

Yes. You can check it yourself. Go to ebay.co.uk and check.
It's better if you add the UK while listing, for a small amount.
