Question regarding being asked for how much I'd sell something for ... (auction item)
I have been contacted by a buyer who is asking me how much I would sell an auction item for. I specifically didn't list a BIN for the item because I'd like to see how much it will go for (I honestly don't know how much it's worth). What is the proper etiquette for this? He/She is not asking to buy it off of eBay, so I am not sensing it's a scam ... it's just someone who doesn't want to wait, I guess ... or bid against someone else.

Tell the member that they are welcome to place a bid and wish them luck.
