Question on Shipping
I have an item I sold and thought I could pay the shipping through ebay. I'm using FedEx but the hot button is greyed out stating I do not have enough Ebay Funds Balance. Can someone tell me what is going on. I'm new to Ebay selling.

Mentor3 years agoYou need to set up an alternative payment method for your account like a credit card, or set postage to be charged to your PayPal account rather than your ebay account.
Note that ebay FedEx is problematic, you would be better off using your own FedEx account or ship UPS with a free PirateShip account for the best discounts.
