Question on how to proceed with a shipment that is taking long.
I shipped a CCG card with the ESUS ebay envelope on Oct 31 with an estimated arrival of Nov 9, it has now been stuck at "Destination Processing" since Nov 2 (WI -> AK, if it matters).
The buyer has not contacted me for resolution yet, I'm just trying to be proactive with this and wondering if anyone could shed some light on how to proceed.
Item was shipped in a Toploader card holder, wrapped with a piece of paper in an envelope, then wrapped in packing tape, weight comes out to ~60% allowed. Believe that's about as much information I can provide.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Mentor2 years ago@ookha8 You can try using the ESUS tracking number here and see if it has any more information>>

eBay standard envelope tracking is not like regular tracking and can only be read by sorting equipment. So it might say delivered and is actually at the buyers local post office. OR it might not get scanned by the equipment and has been delivered. Normally I am proactive with packages that are late arriving but I would not be if using this type of shipping, I would consider no news from the buyer as good news.
If the buyer files a refund request then you will need to refund them AND file an insurance claim.

OP2 years agoDoes this ever catch up? or if this happened, would it just look like its stuck in shipping forever?
The tracker you provided is not showing any additional info unfortunately.
Is this common with the ESUS system?
Thanks for the reply.

Mentor2 years ago@ookha8. This is a very common issue with this type of tracking.
It may never show as delivered even if it is. The problem is the way the tracking is read by the sorting equipment, sometimes the scan is just missed completely.
