I had 2 people bidding on item. The winning bidder contacted me and asked me to see if 2nd place bidder wanted the item, and if they did, let them have it. The 2nd bidder wants the item. My question. When I go to cancel the auction, it gives me the option to relist and says yes or no. Which option do I choose so I can send 2nd chance offer.
