question about unpaid buyer
On Sunday I closed a case for a non paying bidder. The next day I saw in my email 10 minutes after I has closed the case I received an email from ebay saying
The buyer wants to cancel their order
The buyer of order number xxxx has canceled the order, and if feedback was left, it will be removed.
How is this possible? I already canceled for nonpayment and is the buyer now not getting a strike. I have never seen this ever if this happened its totally wrong.
