Question about Shipping Permissions/Authorization
Hi, in our Busiiness Account we are trying to give more authorization to some Team Members. We would like them to be able to Create and manage shipping labels, and also complete the Pick up process by entering the pick up code. Which Authorization would give them this? "Add Shipping Tracking" is the only one I see that remotely applies. Thanks!

Mentor11 months ago@syracusehabitat I saw your question yesterday and was hoping someone that uses Team Access may answer. I don't use this personally.
I think you are correct though that allowing the member to add tracking would allow them to enter the Local Pick Up number.
The reason I think that this is correct is because eBay considers the Local Pick UP code the proof of delivery the same way they do tracking.
My best advice is to try giving the member access to add tracking and see if it works for you.

OP11 months agoThanks! Yes that logic makes sense. I think we'll try Tracking, Print Labels, & View Orders and give it a go. We just don't want them to be able to List or manage listings. Thanks.
