Question about shipping fees
Hello,
Recently sold action figures. Ebay has been deducting shipping label fee from total sale, sending me the net profit.
This sale, they sent me gross profit after fees then took shipping label fee from bank account. I've sold about ten items in the last few months and this is the first time this has happened.
Just wondering if this the new way Ebay is handling calculated shipping?

Mentor5 months ago@joelstreasures. If there's not enough available funds eBay does sometimes take the shipping costs from your back up payment method for costs. This usually just happens when you are a newer seller and still subject to fund holds.
I recommend adding a credit to your account as a backup payment method for selling costs. This would be used for the occasional shipping charge or refunds. Then these payments won't come from your checking account.
