Question about Shipping

I’m trying to purchase an item and the shipper has confirmed he can ship it to California, but when I attempt to complete the purchase it says the seller will not ship to CA! He doesn’t know why either! 🤷♂️

This message usually appears when the seller hasn't set up his shipping parameters on the listing. If that's the case, anyone trying to buy the item (in CA or any other state) will see the same message.
If you provide the item #, we can take a look and quickly tell if this is the case.
If the shipping parameters are set up correctly, another possibility is that CA restricts that item from being shipped there.

Thanks for posting back.
The shipping options are set up on the listing now. Based on the revision history, it looks like the seller did that yesterday. Check again and you should see the options. If you are still getting the message and are using a PO Box for delivery, that would likely be the reason as his options are for UPS and FedEx.
