Question about returns for sellers.
I sold a cuz diamond ring in a 14k setting. The buyer had no feedback until this sale. It took them a few days to pay, and then they’ve had it a week but opened a return request stating item damaged. It looks like the main stone is split in two. There is no way that happened. During shipping because the item was in a ring box wrapped in bubble wrap, packing paper and a shipping box. I am worried they did this damage to the ring and altered in some way. Does eBay provide any assistance with this? This is a big loss for me. I can’t ever. Find how to speak with someone at eBay so I’m asking here.
