Question about return
Hello,
I shipped the wrong item to a buyer and they’ve returned the package and we have agreed I will ship the. The correct item. Do I have to do anything specific, as the message from EBay tells me to refund the buyer. But if I ship them the item they originally paid for how do I handle the EBay policy?
